Delta Iota Kappa History

The Delta Iota Kappa (DIK) fraternity is one of Grove City's longest standing fraternities. The DIK's started in 1917 as a training program for students looking to join World War I and since then has honored its tradition of being a military fraternity on campus. There were many DIKs in both World War 1 and 2 as well as the Korean and Vietnam wars. The group has been with Grove City from near the beginning and has become deeply ingrained in the culture of the school.

There were several block classes over the history of the DIK's for different reasons but this last one happened in 2022. Sixteen sophomores and one junior decided that they could be a light for Christ on campus by taking over the group and making it something great. That is exactly what we did and the start of a new chapter of the life of the Delta Iota Kappa Fraternity.
